Bye Preemie Mom!

Time to say goodbye to the preemie mom I have been for a year now.

You have been through some s..t that you could never believe your eyes would see one day.

You have seen the tiniest feet a human creature could possibly have:)

You discovered how much patience and energy you have in you.

You learned to welcome the unexpected and go with the flow.

Flow. Such thing existed you found out the hard way.

The word vulnerable found meaning, and you felt it deep inside your core.

You remained focused when things got complicated.

Most importantly, you tasted LOVE like you never did before. Kind of love that gives you tears at random times, makes you appreciate every single healthy moment. You touched it. You smelled it. You listened to it. You watched it grow exponentially. You let that love heal you and keep you going.

I can safely say: YOU DID WELL.

It is now time that you leave it behind and you move to the next stage confidently.

Now go and be just a mom. Just a mom.
